My Story

I grew up in Daytona Beach and have lived in Central Florida for most of my life. I'm a wife, mother, sister, and granddaughter. I have wanted to be a physician since I was 5 years old. My grandmother said when I was very young, I would watch doctors performing surgery on T.V. after school.  When I was 11 years old, I recorded the birth of my younger sister. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience that led me to practicing full-scope family medicine with obstetrics.

My hobbies include spending time with family, reading (mostly audiobooks), listening to podcasts, attending local events and Broadway at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, gardening, and life-long learning.

My Passion

I'm passionate about medicine and about caring for you and your family. I couldn't imagine doing any other job. I love meeting new people, and I think everyone deserves a compassionate physician to care for them. I love teaching, and I often teach on medical topics for local organizations.  Medicine moves fast, and I'm committed to keep up to date with current medical recommendations.

My Motivation

My motivation is to keep you and your family healthy.  Direct primary care allows me to practice a well-care model instead of a sick-care model. Keeping you and your family healthy means fewer appointments, labs, imaging, and medicines. We all benefit from YOU being well.
